Having upended the wireless industry with their “Un-carrier” approach, T-Mobile came to us with the equally ambitious goal of disrupting a whole new sector: banking. Our job was to design a new kind of banking experience; more human, more trusted, and more approachable.
Working seamlessly with T-Mobile’s partner, BankMobile, we balanced the existing features of a whitelabel platform with new features that could push the banking experience forward and make it a joy to use. Our iterative and joined-up approach led to quicker turnarounds and a radical new product ready to take banking into the future.
