Polk Audio is an American brand that aims to provide the highest-quality sound but without the extortionate prices. Where previously the majority of their trade came from B2B partnerships, the transformation was in creating a best-in-class DTC experience to match their incredible products. The challenge lay in blending a seamless buying experience with a design that brought their brand and story to life.
Through a series of design sprints with key stakeholders across multiple parts of the business and in different parts of the world, we were able to deliver a compelling DTC experience that both highlighted the story behind the products whilst making them incredibly easy to buy.
