As a national leader in designing, constructing, and maintaining high-performing buildings, McKinstry are always looking for ways to improve their creative thinking and processes. They needed our help to foster a design-centred philosophy across the entire organisation.
To meet this challenge, we created a Design Accelerator Workshop, customising it to McKinstry’s unique culture and exact needs and delivering it end to end in just 2 weeks. In parallel, we dived deep into a digital product to develop a coherent and consistent design system that enabled designers and developers to work more efficiently. Our work enabled bold new ways of thinking across the entire organisation, as well as giving McKinstry the practical tools and tips needed for their groundbreaking work.
