Big W

We worked with BIG W, one of Australia’s most-loved retailers, to reimagine their future omnichannel experience. We took a highly collaborative approach, immersing ourselves in the business and customer needs through on-the-ground primary research and multi-stakeholder workshops. 

We identified a significant opportunity for a new app to sit at the heart of their ecosystem, uniting otherwise disparate physical and digital interactions. Working closely with BIG W, we created a new vision for the future app-enabled omnichannel experience, complemented with an actionable roadmap for launch.
