Alaska Airlines needed to improve their gate and boarding experience to better serve today’s travellers. We identified an opportunity to transform the customer journey by thoughtfully combining physical and digital experiences.

Balancing vision with viability, we developed several concepts that would join up the physical spaces with digital channels to deliver value to customers and staff alike. We considered how light, sound, and physical zoning would improve waiting areas, all enhanced by digital interactions that empowered guests to serve themselves and make travelling as smooth and stress-free as possible.
