Ahold Delhaize is a global retail group with brands spanning Europe, the US, and Asia. They came to us at the start of their digital transformation journey, looking for experts to steer them in the right direction. Over a period of 7 years, we partnered with them on multiple engagements from the initial strategy to the final design of countless customer experience projects, becoming an extension of the central digital team with impact across many markets and millions of customers.
One of our proudest achievements was designing a series of whitelabel eCommerce solutions across desktop and mobile that would work across Ahold Delhaize’s many brands and markets. This was a fundamental shift in the business helping to bring every experience under one framework - transforming ways of working, driving greater business efficiency and creating a major impact on customer satisfaction and sales. As well as optimising the core ecommerce experience, we worked on countless other initiatives, from the digital strategy behind chatbots, to the future of payments or next generation loyalty.
