The Role of People & Operations Coordinator:
This is a 1 year fixed term contract role to cover maternity leave.
As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for a People & Operations Coordinator to take the lead on Office management, Operations, People and Finance support.
The perfect candidate for this role is energetic, proactive and organised with the ability to manage their own workload. This role will reach everyone in the team and be an integral part of the glue that bonds everyone together.
Office management & Operations
All Office Management duties for our 2 storey office near Old Street.
Diary management of our weekly team meetings and any other scheduling that is required.
Project manage team events and manage travel bookings for the team.
Ad-hoc requests to support the Leadership Team
Tracking office celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries and promotions.
Ensure general policies & procedures are up to date.
Be the first point of contact for our landlord including to organise repairs.
Manage all Health and Safety compliance.
People & Finance
Lead recruitment efforts
Support with key people processes.
Managing employee exit process
Assist the Finance team in the administration of the employee share scheme and all other reward schemes.
Support in roll-out and organising any employee Learning & Development programmes.
Assist the Finance team in building an operational budget and ongoing forecast.
