About the role

We are searching for a driven producer with solid experience delivering print design projects and/or design projects focused on physical spaces. You will work closely with design, strategy, and client teams to deliver across several projects in the tech retail space. We have a bias for strategic thinkers in all roles at This Place.

What we’re looking for

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of retail experience design projects
  • Own the relationship with the client lead and manage the way we handle changes to the original plan
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation in clear, usable formats (e.g. project plans, status reports)
  • Owning the planning and prioritization of team workloads and daily tasks
  • Planning and scheduling key project milestones, meetings, and workshops
  • Documenting detailed and structured meeting notes and summarizing meeting actions and next steps
  • Closely managing handoff of final deliverables in a range of formats
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary This Place teams and driving toward clarity
  • Working with and across client partners from advertising, to PR, to physical retail fabricators
  • Collaborating with agency teams, facilitating inputs and handoffs, etc.

Requirements for the role

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Experience delivering design projects involving print and/or physical spaces (e.g. store experience, exhibitions, events)
  • Experience in project managing large projects involving multiple teams and sometimes multiple agencies
  • A solid grasp of the creative process
  • Understanding key stakeholders needed to be involved in each phase of work
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Meticulous attention to detail and personal time management
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication

Nice to have

  • Experience in delivering in-store retail experience design projects
  • Experience delivering unified digital and physical retail experience design projects
  • Expertise in Google Workspace tools and their application to project management
