About the role

We are on the hunt for a curious and driven Creative Strategist that will collaborate with our design team to create consumer experiences that drive brand and business impact. This role is perfect for someone who has has a passion for all things brand and marketing, thinks analytically, and takes pride in their creative spark.

What we’re looking for

  • Translate business opportunities into clear, creative briefs and solutions
  • Develop comprehensive creative strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience needs
  • Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform creative direction
  • Collaborate with designers and writers to create concepts, content approaches, and experiences
  • Present strategic thinking and creative concepts to internal teams and clients
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas
  • Partner with research and analytics teams to measure creative effectiveness
  • Balance creative vision and business realities 
  • Collaborate with agency partners to drive creative quality, where necessary
  • Collaborate with producers/project managers on timeline, deliverables, and stakeholders
  • Craft clear and compelling narratives for Exec-level clients
  • Present creative strategy and concepts to senior client rooms

Requirements for the role

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy in brand and marketing
  • Proven track record developing successful creative concepts and consumer experiences
  • Strong design eye with a high attention to detail
  • Analytical skills, turning information into insights that inform creative
  • Experience working with designers, copywriters, project managers
  • Curiosity and passion for cultural and consumer trends
